Food & Beverage Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Artyzen Table loyalty programme at Artyzen Singapore. By enrolling, members agree to the following:

General Terms

  1. Membership Eligibility
    Membership benefits apply only to the registered member. Membership is non-transferable. Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misuse, fraud or abuse.
  2. Combination of Benefits
    Programme benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, corporate rates, discounts or privileges unless explicitly stated.
  3. Programme Changes
    Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to amend programme structure, benefits and these Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
  4. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Food & Beverage

  1. Participating Outlets
    Programme benefits are valid exclusively at the following outlets within Artyzen Singapore:
    • Café Quenino
    • Quenino
    • The Roof Garden
  2. Exclusion
    Benefits are not valid for:
    • In-room dining
    • Banquets and private events
    • Corkage charges
    • Retail items or merchandise
    • Takeaway orders
    • Third-party services
    unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Programme Mechanics (Cash Rebates)

  1. Definition
    A cash rebate is a percentage-based reward credited to a member’s account after settlement of an eligible dine-in Food & Beverage transaction. Cash rebates are not immediate discounts.
  2. Earning Cash Rebates
    • Free Tier: 10% cash rebate on eligible spend
    • Premium Tier: 20% cash rebate on eligible spend
  3. Rebate Conditions
    Cash rebates are calculated based on the net bill amount inclusive of 10% service charge and exclusive of prevailing government taxes. Eligible spend includes dine-in food and beverage consumed at participating outlets only.

    The following are excluded from cash rebate calculations:

    • Government taxes
    • Corkage
    • Vouchers
    • Retail items
    • Takeaway merchandise
    • Prior balances
  4. Redeeming Cash Rebates
    • Cash rebates may only be redeemed on a subsequent visit once credited.
    • Cash rebates cannot be used in the same transaction in which they are earned.
    • Redemption cannot exceed the net bill amount of the visit.
    • Cash rebates must be applied at the point of billing and cannot be processed retrospectively.
    • Cash rebates are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  5. Validity and Expiry
    • Cash rebate earned from each qualifying visit is valid for 12 months from each earn date.
    • If no qualifying activity occurs within 12 months, cash rebates enter a one-month grace period before expiry.
    • Expired cash rebates will not be reinstated.

Membership Benefits

  1. Complimentary Parking
    • Complimentary parking is provided with a qualifying dine-in spend.
    • Parking validation must be completed prior to departure.
    • Parking is subject to availability and hotel parking policies.
  2. Birthday Privileges
    Birthday benefits are valid during the member’s birthday month only.

    Free Tier:

    • One complimentary small dessert at Café Quenino or The Roof Garden.

    Premium Tier:

    • One complimentary drink (prosecco or sparkling tea), and
    • One complimentary small dessert at Café Quenino or The Roof Garden.

    Eligibility conditions:

    • The registered member must be present.
    • Benefits are only valid for one visit during the birthday month per year.
    • Valid identification may be required.
    • Benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  3. Second Visit Bonus
    • Members receive an additional 5% cash rebate on their second qualifying visit.
    • Valid for 30 days from the membership join date.
    • Applies once only per member.
  4. Complimentary Drink Upon Joining

    Free Tier:

    • One complimentary drink is offered on the join date only.
    • Selection includes coffee, tea, house-pour beer or wine, or a soft drink.
    • Valid at Café Quenino and The Roof Garden only.
    • Not redeemable for cash or substitution.
    • Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to change or replace the selection and will notify members at the time of consumption.

    Premium Tier:

    • One complimentary drink is offered and is valid for 30 days from the membership join date.
    • Selection includes coffee, tea, house-pour beer or wine, or a soft drink.
    • Valid at Café Quenino and The Roof Garden only.
    • Not redeemable for cash or substitution.
    • Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to change or replace the selection and will notify members at the time of consumption.

E-Vouchers

  1. Digital Voucher Overview
    This section applies to digital vouchers (e-vouchers) only issued under The Artyzen Table programme, including Room and Health & Wellness vouchers. Voucher value, validity period and inclusions are stated at the point of issuance and must be adhered to.

    E-vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value and operate independently from cash rebates, unless explicitly stated.

  2. General Voucher Conditions
    The following conditions apply to all e-vouchers unless otherwise specified:
    • E-vouchers are strictly not to be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotions, giveaways, contests and lucky draws.
    • E-vouchers must be presented at the point of redemption and are subject to verification.
    • E-vouchers must be applied prior to settlement (where applicable) and cannot be processed retrospectively once payment has been completed.
    • Each e-voucher may only be redeemed once.
    • E-vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable or refundable for cash.
    • Unless explicitly stated, e-vouchers cannot be combined with cash rebates, other vouchers, promotions or discounts.
    • Blackout dates, peak periods and special event restrictions may apply.
    • Expired e-vouchers will not be replaced.
    • Images are for illustration purposes only.
    • Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity and validity prior to redemption, and to reject redemption in the event of suspected misuse.
    • Artyzen Singapore reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
  3. Food & Beverage Vouchers

    3.1 Voucher Entitlements

    Free Tier:

    • 1 × S$50 Food & Beverage e-voucher
    • Minimum spend of S$100 nett per redemption is required (total spend is inclusive of all applicable tax and service charges).
    • All vouchers are valid for 30 days from the join date.

    Premium Tier:

    • 2 × S$50 Food & Beverage e-vouchers
    • Minimum spend of S$100 nett per redemption is required (total spend is inclusive of all applicable tax and service charges).
    • 1 × S$100 Food & Beverage e-voucher
    • Minimum spend of S$200 nett per redemption is required (total spend is inclusive of all applicable tax and service charges).
    • All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the join date.

    Voucher Conditions

    • Only one e-voucher may be redeemed per transaction/bill and splitting of bills is not permitted.
    • E-vouchers cannot be combined with cash rebates, discounts or other promotions.
    • E-vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
    • E-vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
    • E-vouchers are not valid for service charge, prevailing government taxes, corkage, retail items, takeaway merchandise or prior balances.
    • Blackout dates and special event restrictions may apply.
  4. Rooms Vouchers

    4.1 Room Upgrade E-Voucher

    • The e-voucher is valid for a room upgrade to Premier Balcony room category only.
    • Room upgrade is subject to availability and 48 hours’ advance notice is required.
    • Room upgrade e-voucher is valid for use on existing bookings.
    • The e-voucher must be presented upon arrival.
    • The e-voucher is not valid for use on, or on the eve of, Singapore Public Holidays. Other blackout dates apply.
    • Hotel check-in time is after 3.00pm and check-out time is before 12.00pm.
    • The e-voucher is not redeemable or refundable for cash.
    • Images are for illustration purposes only.

    4.2 Complimentary Room E-Voucher

    • The e-voucher is valid for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (sharing existing bedding).
    • The e-voucher is valid for redemption on Deluxe Balcony, room-only.
    • Room is subject to availability and 48 hours’ advance notice is required.
    • The e-voucher must be presented upon arrival.
    • The e-voucher is not valid for use on, or on the eve of, Singapore Public Holidays. Other blackout dates apply.
    • Hotel check-in time is after 3.00pm and check-out time is before 12.00pm.
    • Additional adults and breakfast at Café Quenino are available at an additional fee.
    • The e-voucher is not redeemable or refundable for cash.

  5. Health & Wellness E-Vouchers

    5.1 Voucher Entitlements

    • Valid for selected à la carte treatments only (excludes packages, promotions and retail products).
    • Applicable to both in-house and external guests.
    • Advance reservation is recommended and subject to availability.
    • Redemption is subject to The Spa availability and prior booking.
    • Blackout periods and peak hour restrictions may apply.
    • E-vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
    • Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.

    For the safety and wellbeing of all guests:

    • Spa treatments are not recommended for guests who are pregnant.
    • Spa treatments are not permitted for guests below 16 years old.
